Theory and practice for espresso extraction

The course allows you to learn about and understand the complex world of coffee-making. After an in-depth theoretical part on the coffee journey, from the plantations in tropical areas to the espresso cup, there will be practical tests on how to perform a correct extraction, as well as a careful focus on the maintenance and cleaning of the equipment.
