Advanced theory and practice for espresso extraction and milk foaming

The course allows to understand the world of coffee in depth: after an initial theoretical part on the coffee journey, roasting rules and espresso extraction methods, it will proceed with an intensive practical part, in order to develop the knowledge learned. This activity takes 5 hours.
